I originally had Tommy come out to remove a tree because the roots were causing the concrete to buckle. I mentioned that I was also going to resod the yard now that there would be enough light for the grass to grow. He gave me a bid for that, cleaning out beds, trimming all shrubs and adding mulch that was very fair.
